Brian O’Conner’s car is said to pack the standard 420A engine, but with the addition of a turbo and some hearty tuning. Truth be told, that’s probably how it would have been done in the movie. Many times these F&F replicas are built using the lowly non-turbo Eclipse. Behind those Sparco seats you’ll even find a pair of nitrous oxide tanks, though there’s no mention if they’re fully plumbed. The Eclipse has been given O’Conner’s classic green and blue paint job, complete with the appropriate looking bumpers, hood graphics, and roof scoop, while the car’s flanks tote the recognizable NOS, GReddy, Sparco, and Toyo decals. It may not be an inch-perfect replica or an ex-stunt car, but the likeness is undeniable.
